10 “D”s of Success

You MUST:-

  • DECIDE: conscientiously make up your mind to succeed.

  • DIRECTION: After deciding, there must be a road map leading step by step to that destination

  • DILIGENCE: constant and earnest effort to accomplish what is undertaken. Persistent exertion of body and mind

  • DEDICATION: to devote wholly and earnestly as to some person or purpose

  • DOGGEDNESS:  a persistent effort, stubbornly tenacious

  • DETERMINATION: the act of coming to a decision or setting a purpose

  • DISCIPLINE: punishment afflicted by way of correction and training

  • DELAY: It’s a temporary set back on the way to success. A failed attempt may be seen as delay but keeping at the whole process will surely pay off. Remember Thomas Edison, Michael Faraday

  • DUTIFUL: performing a job, task, assignment, obligation that is expected or required, which is characterized by being actively involved in doing it and

  • DEAFNESS: You really need to be deaf to every distraction. So many counsels will surface in the time of your advancement, the Bible says in the multitude of counselors there is safety. As long the counsel is anti any of the 9 other points, be deaf to it.

Job was deaf to the counsel of his wife and friends—

David was deaf to the counsel of King Saul in his quest and conquest of Goliath—

Daniel was deaf to the counsel around him to defile himself with the King’s portion—-

The 3 Hebrew chaps were also deaf to the counsel that seek them to deny God in the worship of the graven image—

Jesus Christ was deaf on His mission to save us, He endured the cross, despised the shame because of the Joy that was set before HIM—

Yours Sincerely,
